Unresolved issue with Solid-Properties Corp. product

On April 19, 1973, I signed up for Solid-Properties Corp.'s customer support at their Eladioport, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $703.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Connie Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
