I want to report a serious concern with Rapid.Connect Inc.'s device that I purchased on November 28, 2008 from your North Shania, Kansas store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Maxine H., but my issue remains unresolved.
