I have been a loyal customer of Fusion.Cast for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-7799-YMD-6188) on December 16, 1993, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
