Quality issues with Fusion.Cast product

I purchased a unit from Fusion.Cast on August 18, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lenny J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
