Unresolved issue with Rapid Connections product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3062-CNJ-1414 placed with Rapid Connections on January 2, 1988. I paid $794.53 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bette J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
