Billing dispute with Phone Telecom

I'm writing to complain about the maintenance program I received from Phone Telecom. After paying $741.27 for equipment, I found that it was promised features that don't exist. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Linda G., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.
