VelocityLink Ltd. failed to honor their commitment

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3667-DAY-5570 placed with VelocityLink Ltd. on September 13, 2018. I paid $593.6 for platform, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rodrigo F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
