VelocityLink Ltd. refused to address issue

I purchased a plan from VelocityLink Ltd. on July 23, 1984. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Hester L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
