I have been a loyal customer of Pulse-Signal Yekaterinburg for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-4252-VVB-6865) on March 27, 2004, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
