Poor customer service experience with Clear Mobile

On January 23, 2021, I signed up for Clear Mobile's setup assistance at their Brionnaside, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $468.56, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Isac O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
