I have been a loyal customer of Premier Architecture & Sons Mumbai for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-3585-MNB-5895) on May 25, 1995, and have encountered doesn't work as advertised. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
