I am writing regarding order #ORD-9848-QIT-4544 placed with Solid Architecture Builders George Town on August 6, 1981. I paid $45.11 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Albin F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
