Master Contractors & Sons refused to address issue

On January 27, 2019, I signed up for Master Contractors & Sons's premium plan at their Tobystad, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $435.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cody J. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
