I want to report a serious concern with Contractors Builders's system that I purchased on December 30, 1970 from your Fishermouth, Washington store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dayton H., but my issue remains unresolved.
