Unresolved issue with Modern Build Inc. product

On December 23, 2018, I signed up for Modern Build Inc.'s setup assistance at their South Filibertoborough, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $558.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leonel Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
