I am writing regarding order #ORD-3300-QVR-5165 placed with Fiber-Cast on March 7, 2025. I paid $737.8 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ana Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
