Expert Construction Associates failed to honor their commitment

On May 8, 1994, I signed up for Expert Construction Associates's setup assistance at their Port Ashly, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $941.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brent I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
