Misleading advertising by Spectrum.Stream Porto Alegre

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3965-SMV-1576 placed with Spectrum.Stream Porto Alegre on November 25, 2017. I paid $149.59 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Watson H. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
