Unresolved issue with Comm Telecom Inc. product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8532-FJN-1820 placed with Comm Telecom Inc. on May 6, 2007. I paid $509.48 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Freda J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
