I have been a loyal customer of Comm Telecom Inc. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-8666-EYB-6074) on November 13, 1977, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
