Overcharged by Pro Engineering Corp. for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4045-POF-2381 placed with Pro Engineering Corp. on June 7, 1971. I paid $107.46 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Bell L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
