I am writing regarding order #ORD-8967-ILW-2592 placed with Solid Structures & Sons on October 1, 1991. I paid $566.70 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Quinn I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
