Poor customer service experience with Wave-Wave Enterprises

On October 15, 2014, I signed up for Wave-Wave Enterprises's consultation at their New Myrlland, Idaho location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $367.62, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tavares M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
