I purchased a unit from Wave-Wave Enterprises on June 11, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Liza X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
