Development Company Lille failed to honor their commitment

On February 4, 1997, I signed up for Development Company Lille's installation service at their Mooreton, Maine location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $868.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Annamarie L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
