Quality issues with Premier-Builders product

On October 6, 1971, I signed up for Premier-Builders's return process at their Port Luciano, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $301.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Efren C. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
