I purchased a accessory from Precision Contractors & Sons on June 14, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Daisy J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
