Warranty claim denied by Premier Works

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2109-DVK-4459 placed with Premier Works on March 31, 1989. I paid $901.38 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Major F. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
