Hidden fees discovered from Premier Works

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1604-KCD-8766 placed with Premier Works on September 3, 1980. I paid $479.60 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kailyn Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
