I purchased a application from Innovative Properties on October 23, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Stanton W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
