I purchased a service from Horizon-Cell on June 1, 2024. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kellen A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
