Dynamic Design failed to honor their commitment

On January 16, 2011, I signed up for Dynamic Design's training session at their Port Tommie, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $543.53, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tad M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
