Hidden fees discovered from Engineering Team Catania

On August 19, 2007, I signed up for Engineering Team Catania's upgrade service at their East Joyce, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $125.3, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Austyn P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
