False promises made by Premier Builders Team Ltd. representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9934-HAO-5975 placed with Premier Builders Team Ltd. on April 21, 2014. I paid $645.98 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Nikita J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
