On November 24, 2019, I signed up for Premier-Properties Holdings's technical assistance at their Port Ethelview, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $933.40, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zander V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
