Delayed delivery from Horizon Cellular

I am writing regarding order #ORD-9796-SJA-7086 placed with Horizon Cellular on October 30, 2007. I paid $330.85 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arne Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
