Data Systems Toulon refused to address issue

On May 22, 1992, I signed up for Data Systems Toulon's delivery service at their West Lilianside, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $441.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Albina E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
