I am writing regarding order #ORD-5738-ZVJ-1824 placed with Renovations Development Omsk Corp. on May 2, 2000. I paid $832.82 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosamond Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
