On July 25, 1990, I signed up for Renovations Development Omsk Corp.'s exchange program at their Hudsonmouth, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $484.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Grady W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
