I want to report a serious concern with Spectrum-Cast's platform that I purchased on November 20, 2008 from your Lynchton, West Virginia store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Henri H., but my issue remains unresolved.
