Solid-Works refused to address issue

On October 10, 2016, I signed up for Solid-Works's setup assistance at their Delphineton, Tennessee location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $795.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Scarlett K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
