I purchased a subscription from Solid Engineering on February 28, 1978. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ana I. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
