Poor customer service experience with Premier Engineering Seongnam Holdings

On April 28, 2023, I signed up for Premier Engineering Seongnam Holdings's return process at their Tillmanmouth, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $286.87, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Declan S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
