I purchased a membership from Premier Engineering Seongnam Holdings on February 1, 1985. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Mariah Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
