I have been a loyal customer of Superior Homes & Sons Winnipeg for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8329-FTX-4563) on February 6, 2004, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
