Refund refused by Advanced Design & Sons

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8874-NMF-8084 placed with Advanced Design & Sons on November 9, 2023. I paid $184.0 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had repeated billing errors. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marie U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
