Overcharged by Elite-Structures LLC for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3205-PEG-7323 placed with Elite-Structures LLC on August 13, 1986. I paid $49.30 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Minnie X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
