I purchased a system from Cloud Providers Launceston Inc. on March 16, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Garth X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
