Frustrated with Cloud Providers Launceston Inc.'s lack of response

On December 17, 2016, I signed up for Cloud Providers Launceston Inc.'s setup assistance at their Purdyfort, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $297.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lonny I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
