Billing dispute with Dynamic Builders Inc.

I purchased a subscription from Dynamic Builders Inc. on March 28, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Irwin C. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
